What we sell

“A Godly Soul Held by Everlasting Love” is a paperback poetry book by Yanira Cuesta. Prices are shown on the product page in Swiss francs and include applicable taxes. We may update prices and details at any time before you order.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Payments are handled securely by the payment provider connected to the store. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund anything you have paid.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Returns

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, write to us within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement. See the shipping and returns page for how.

We handle your information with care, as described in our privacy notice.

Intellectual property

All poems, texts, and images on this site, including the book, belong to Yanira Cuesta and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes fall under the courts responsible for Adligenswil, Switzerland.
